At the conclusion of every sprint, we will provide comprehensive documentation, including test results, configuration changes, and updates. This documentation, along with regular sprint reports and demos, ensures you are fully informed of progress and any adjustments made.
Performance and Quality Standards:
For each sprint, we will establish specific performance metrics and quality criteria. Sprint deliverables will only be accepted if they meet these predefined standards as confirmed during the sprint review.
Change Management Process:
Changes requested during a sprint will be discussed and, if minor, addressed within the sprint cycle. Major changes will be documented, evaluated for impact on scope, timeline, and cost, and must receive your written approval before implementation in subsequent sprints.
Risk Management and Contingency Planning:
Potential risks, such as system downtime, data integrity issues, or integration challenges, will be identified at the start of each sprint. We will develop and implement contingency plans within the sprint cycles to mitigate these risks and minimize any impact on your operations.

We conduct sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives every two weeks. These sessions provide detailed updates on scope adjustments, progress, test results, and documentation, ensuring transparency and timely resolution of any issues.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any disagreement, the dispute resolution process outlined in our contractual agreement will be followed. This process is designed to resolve conflicts promptly and efficiently without resorting to lengthy legal procedures.
